Terms of Service
Last updated: 2026-05-13
1. Scope
These Terms of Service govern the use of Stratum Flow, a web service provided by Stratum Flow LLC.
By using the service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the service.
2. Definitions
Service means Stratum Flow, a SaaS platform that periodically collects public web information and generates AI-assisted summary reports.
User means any individual or entity that uses the service after agreeing to these Terms.
Job means an information collection task configured by a user.
Report means a summary, analysis, delivery system, or delivered content generated from a job.
Content means instructions, URLs, keywords, and other information entered or registered by a user.
3. Accounts
Users must provide accurate and current information when registering an account.
Users are responsible for managing account credentials and must not disclose or share them with third parties except as reasonably required within the same organization for business use.
All actions taken through an account are treated as actions of the account holder. Please contact us promptly if you discover unauthorized use.
4. Service
The service periodically visits public web sources designated by users and uses AI models to generate summary reports.
The service collects information that is publicly available on the internet. It does not collect pages that require login or authentication.
We may improve, add, change, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service. We will provide prior notice for material changes when reasonably practicable.
5. AI-specific notes
Reports are automatically generated using external AI models. We do not warrant their accuracy, completeness, timeliness, or fitness for a particular purpose.
Users are responsible for verifying report content before using it for decisions.
We do not use user content or reports as training data for AI models. We may temporarily review operational data when necessary to investigate incidents or improve the service.
AI model providers or models may change without prior notice.
6. Prohibited conduct
Users may not use the service for unlawful purposes, violate third-party rights, place excessive load on infrastructure, reverse engineer the service, resell scraping services to third parties, create abusive multiple accounts, or engage in any conduct we reasonably consider inappropriate.
7. Fees and payment
The service offers free and paid plans. Plan details and pricing are shown on the pricing page.
Paid plans are charged by credit card through Stripe, Inc.
Paid plans renew monthly unless cancelled before the renewal date.
We may change fees with at least 30 days' prior notice. Updated fees apply from the next renewal date.
Features may be limited if plan usage limits, including report or job limits, are exceeded.
8. Refunds
Because the service is digital, refunds are generally not provided. Erroneous billing or serious service failures attributable to us may be handled individually.
See Refund Policy.
9. Intellectual property
Intellectual property rights in the service software, UI, design, logo, and documentation belong to us.
Users retain rights in content they enter into the service, while granting us the rights necessary to provide the service.
Users may use AI-generated reports, subject to applicable laws on AI-generated content.
10. Suspension and termination of service
We may suspend all or part of the service without prior notice for maintenance, outages, force majeure, external service failures, or urgent security response.
We may terminate the service with 90 days' prior notice and will provide an opportunity for data export where reasonably possible.
11. Cancellation
Users may cancel use of the service from account settings.
Cancellation of a paid plan remains effective through the end of the current billing period.
We may suspend or delete accounts without prior demand if a user violates these Terms.
After cancellation, user data may be deleted after a certain period. Users are responsible for exporting needed settings and reports before cancellation.
12. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The service is provided as is. We do not provide express or implied warranties regarding accuracy, reliability, completeness, fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted operation, or error-free operation.
Collected information depends on public source websites, and we are not responsible for the accuracy of those sources.
We are not liable for user decisions or outcomes based on reports.
Except in cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence, our liability is limited to the amount paid by the user in the month when the damage occurred.
13. User responsibility
Users represent that their content, including URLs and instructions, does not infringe third-party rights.
If a dispute with a third party arises from a user's use of the service, the user must resolve it at their own responsibility and expense.
14. Anti-social forces
Users represent that they are not, and will not become, members of organized crime groups or similar anti-social forces. If this representation is found to be false, we may immediately suspend or delete the account.
15. Changes to these Terms
We may change these Terms in accordance with applicable law.
If a change materially disadvantages users, we will notify users at least 30 days before the effective date through the service or by email.
Continued use of the service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the changed Terms.
16. Personal information
We handle personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
See Privacy Policy.
17. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan.
The Kobe District Court has exclusive jurisdiction as the court of first instance for disputes related to these Terms.
