1. Refunds for monthly plans

Monthly plans are generally not prorated or refunded. If you cancel before the next renewal, cancellation takes effect from the next billing date.

2. Duplicate or erroneous charges

If a duplicate charge or clear billing error is confirmed, we will issue a refund or billing adjustment after reviewing the details.
